Ellenos was founded in 2013 when Bob and Yvonne Klein convinced Australian father and son duo Con and Alex Apostolopoulos to bring their Greek yogurt recipe to the United States.

The families launched the company as a fresh scooped yogurt bar in Seattle’s Pike Place Market, and they’ve been sharing their obsession ever since, one delicious scoop at a time.

Each batch of Ellenos takes 5 days to make and starts with fresh, rBST-free milk from a local farm and their family secret blend of probiotic cultures. They then pair it with fruit purees made from scratch with the best whole food ingredients.
